Catered Student Group/Club Events

  • Open only to members of a particular club and do not involve any on-site food preparation       
  • Food must be prepared by and purchased from a commercial caterer or restaurant that can demonstrate a health inspection rating of “satisfactory” within the last 12 months.
  • A permit is not needed.
  • If caterer’s employees will serve the food on campus, you may need permission from Risk Management.  Contact Risk Management, 8-3349, at least 10 days in advance of the event.
