Sept. 20, 2023 Beginning Sept. 20, 2023, the University will be launching a new occupational health management portal. The portal contains important links and information where you can report workplace injuries, receive messages, complete questionnaires, find resources for short term disability, request accommodations and Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and get notified of upcoming appointments. The new portal is located at: https://princeton.enterprise.health (login required) Supervisors will also have access to a “Supervisor Portal” where they will receive notifications and run reports regarding employees out of work for work-related or non-work-related reasons. Reporting a Workplace Injury If you experience a work-related injury that does not require emergency medical treatment, the portal provides a Workplace Injury Intake Form to report the injury to Occupational Health. Travel Services If you are traveling for University work or research and require immunizations or health consultation, click on Travel Form to complete a questionnaire.
