July 11, 2024 Princeton EHS is joining businesses and universities around the country August 12-18 in showing our commitment to workplace safety and health. Safe + Sound Week returns to Princeton in 2024 with a series of promotions and special events highlighting the University's commitment to workplace safety. Staff from all corners of campus are invited to participate in fun and informative activities to show our safety stripes. Participants have a chance to win prizes and custom merchandize. Video Submissions Send us a video answering the question, “Why I'm Safe and Sound at Work.” Tell us why safety matters to you or what it means to your sense of wellbeing. We will feature the videos on our social media. Please limit videos to no more than 30 seconds. Our checklist will help you identify and remediate common hazards. Supervising For SafetyKelly States from EHS will be presenting a special edition of her award-winning Supervising for Safety course during Safe + Sound week. The 3-session program is designed to help those who supervise employees to become proficient leaders for safety.
